This teaching guide from Treaty Education Initiative is designed to provide classroom teachers with a resource of foundational information, resources to consult, and educational materials to facilitate the delivery of Treaty education, inclusive of the Treaties' place in Canada’s history, and the shared benefits of the Treaty relationship to all Canadians. The Guide is is framed on four big ideas: Relationships, Traditional Teachings, History, and Treaties.
