Cote Improved Federal Day School was located on the Cote Reserve north of Kamsack in the Pelly Indian Agency nearby the Manitoba border. It operated from 1928 - 1940 (12 years) under the United Church administration.
Other names identifying the residential school include Cote Improved Day School and Cote Indian Day School (no dates identified).
The Government of Canada was responsible for its funding, which was managed and operated by the United Church of Canada/The Women’s Missionary Society of the United Church of Canada.
