This container consists of John a. Pihlainens 1951 report "Building Foundations on Permafrost Mackenzie Valley N.W.T." published by the National Research Council. There are several references to the construction methods of day schools. The booklet addresses the construction of the day school at Fort Resolution, the Bishops Residence at All Saints in Aklavik, the hospital annex at All Saints, and also includes a photo of the All Saints Hospital.
